We recommend purchasing products from authorized retailers or online stores listed on this website.
For after-sales care of purchased products, please contact the store where you purchased the product, as our company and authorized dealers will respond promptly.
About parallel import products
Parallel imports are products that are bought and sold directly from overseas retailers, etc., without going through authorized domestic dealers.
Parallel imports may include inferior products where the quality of the product is inferior to the genuine product. Please note that there are also malicious cases where parallel imported products are sold disguised as genuine products.
We cannot respond to problems associated with purchasing parallel import items. Please note that products purchased from sources other than official Japanese retailers, such as parallel importers or overseas mail order stores, are not covered by the warranty. We do not provide exchanges, returns, or after-sales services for parallel imported products. If you have any questions or concerns regarding parallel import, please contact the store where you purchased the product.

LENZ Battery and Thermal Products Testing Protocol
You can check the product and battery capacity test. This is a process that can take up to 20 hours for the battery to fully discharge and charge, and the test report will show the final capacity and how much has been lost over years of use. Also, this way you can reset the battery and avoid future problems where you want to claim, for example, that the battery doesn't last long enough.
For such services, 2,750 yen (tax included) will be charged per battery. Warranty checks are free.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
